Can you buy the deck in store?
You can shop the deck at favourite local, Vancouver shops: 3 Singing Birds, Kou Studios, Turf, Lewellyn Shoppe, Gatley, Harlow, Narwhal and Walrus.
Shop the deck in these places across Canada: Anice Jewellery and The Lobby by Heaps Estrin.
If you are in the Vancouver Area, come find us! We would love to meet you. You can drop by the studio to purchase oracle decks or original artwork by appointment at info@zoepawlak.com
Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping across Canada, the United States of America.
We offer flat rates across Canada at $9.99 CAD, and to the United States at $14.99 USD for single item orders. We also offer free shipping when purchasing 4 or more decks.
Are you offering returns?
We love you so much, but we are not offering returns on this product.
What happens if my product gets damaged in the shipping process?
If something arrives damaged, please email us at info@zoepawlak.com with images of the damage and we will review what happened and ensure that you get a perfect product in your hands.
When will my order be fulfilled / shipped to me?
We are sold OUT! How exciting, but this means your deck is coming in March 2025. If you want to be one of the first to get your hands on the next order, you can pre-order now.
I signed up for the newsletter. What's the best way to print my complimentary Fellowship art piece from the QR code? What are the dimensions if I want a frame?
Send the file to a local printer. The choice is up to you, what best fits your space and or what your local printer recommends. We recommend a 30" x 40" H image size for the print on 80lb mohawk superfine smooth paper, but any white print paper will do.
My order is a gift... do you include the price information on the product at all?
No, there is no price on the physical product.
